You may return your product to one of our Sun & Ski Sports retail store locations near you OR you may also ship your order back to our Returns Department. Please print out a copy of the returns form available in the link below and include it with your shipment. Alternatively you may include a copy of your packing slip with your order information on it.
It is important to include your order number, customer name, and contact information with your return. Please note, we do not cover return shipping fees.
Please contact customer support directly PRIOR to making your return if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

In order to make an exchange, return your item for refund, then simply place a new separate order on our website.
Once our Returns Department receives your return package, it will be scanned back into our system, then refunded back into your account and you will receive an automated email notification. Please allow 3-5 days for this return process.
